Here at The Gayly Post

It’s official here at The Gayly Post.  Christmas has been packed away for another 10 months.  Everything looks cold and less festive.  People are back to their regularly programmed “agendas” and the Christmas spirit is forgotten.  Memories are all that remain.

I had a great holiday season, spent it with family, had a few cocktails, and had a few laughs.  I am now gearing up to complete a few projects that have been on the side table for way too long.

The Gayly Post launched ahead of schedule a few months back (not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing).  Nonetheless, we launched and our official date was January 1, 2013.  So far, it has been a success.  We are slowly growing and are receiving positive responses.  Thank you to everyone!

Our first two contributors officially joined us in January.  You may know them, Carlos Melia of fame and Eyad (Eddie) Alkurabi of GetEQUAL fame and we’re working to bring more to you everyday.  Side note:  If you are interested in joining in on the writing, drop me an email and let’s talk.  There is a wide range of gay issues that we need covered and exposed.

In addition to adding more contributors and content, we are working on finalizing some sponsors and advertisers that you will enjoy thoroughly!

Two of my goals this coming year is to remain festive, productive and to push The Gayly Post as far as I can.  I hope you enjoy our site and I’m glad you are along for the ride.  Stay tuned; more crazy stuff is going to unfold this year.
